做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
