做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
