做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
