做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
