做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
