做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
