做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
