做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
