做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
