做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
