做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
