做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
