做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
