做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六(liù )成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
