做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
