做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
