做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
