做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
