做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
