做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
