做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
