做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
