做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
