做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
