做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
