做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
