做(zuò )法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
