做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
