做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
