做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
