做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油(yóu )六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
