做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
