做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
