做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
