做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
