做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
