做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
