做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
