做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的(de )鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
