做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
