做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
