做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
