做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
