做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
