做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
