做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
