做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
