做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
