做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
