做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
